How do I return an item from my order?


We want to make sure that you have a wonderful experience shopping with The Joggling Board. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to fix it for you. We offer store credit or exchange for all returns. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package to make arrangements for your return. We will then be able to set aside a replacement item to prepare for an exchange or create a store credit that will never expire.

Items are eligible for return if:

All items are un-worn, un-washed, and have the original tags still attached.
Items are received within 14 days from the original purchase date
Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes or your replacement item will be shipped. If we ship a replacement item, the customer is responsible for shipping unless we have made a mistake. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

I'm in the Pawleys Island area. Can I drop off my return in person?

- Yes.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

- No, All sale items are final sale. 

Can a discount be used on Sale/Final Clearance items?

- Yes, you can use your $25 reward points.
